The total investment for a fully operational Oakberry shop ranges from IDR 1.5 – 2.5 billion. This includes all associated fees, furniture, equipment, signage, opening inventory, and security deposits.
This does not include purchasing land or building construction.
Average payback time is 24 – 36 months, depending on location, operations, and market conditions.

Once your site is secured, most Oakberry shops are completed within 60–120 days, depending on site conditions and permitting.
